Country of Origin: Colombia

Roast Level: Medium
What we taste: Black Cherry, Dark Chocolate, Citrus Zest.
Produced by a collective of smallholder farmers in the Inzá region of Cauca, this coffee comes from one of Colombia's most highly regarded growing areas, situated within the mountainous landscapes of the Macizo Colombiano. Grown at high altitude and made up predominantly of Caturra alongside Variedad Colombia, each microlot is carefully quality assessed before selection, with only the highest scoring coffees chosen for export.
Working closely with local producers, ongoing investment into quality assessment, infrastructure, and training has helped open wider access to speciality coffee markets throughout the region. These long-term partnerships focus on transparency, fairer pricing, and rewarding quality directly at farm level, supporting both consistency in the cup and sustainability for the communities behind it.
This washed process coffee delivers a smooth and layered profile with notes of black cherry, dark chocolate, and citrus zest. The washed processing brings clarity and balance to the cup, allowing the richer chocolate sweetness to sit alongside brighter fruit characteristics and a clean citrus finish. Sweet, structured, and easy to drink, it performs exceptionally well across all brew methods while retaining the depth and complexity the region has become known for.
